I first became fascinated by Astrology back in the early 1960s, when I lived in Berkeley, California. There were a lot of unusual and interesting folks there, and study groups about almost anything you could think of.
I and most of the other people Imet, were not interested in the "deterministic" views of astrology. We did not believe that "the stars" determined our future.
We were interested in the ideas of the "astrology of personality", which at the time were tied in with many other related studies like Jungian psychology.
we were trying to understand if this kind of astrology did actually describe the personalities and physical characteriastics of people, related to their day and time of birth.
